It's been a while since I've posted on here, and I have something which I'd like to share. For those of you who don't know, I'm the kind of person that tends to get anxious about things. I'll let myself worry about that test I'm about to take, that speech I'm about to give in front of those people, or what that person will think of that thing I did. I'll allow myself to be pessimistic and expect the worst outcome in a given situation. Instead of living in the moment, I will let my peace be taken away from me by worrying about what the future holds. Sometimes, the anxiety I experience will be so bad that I'll physically feel it, and it's not the greatest feeling in the world. I also experienced problems with fear and anxiety in my spiritual life. In a sense, I've let fear become my lord instead of Jesus.
